Healthcare Industry - Revenue-Increasing Decision Support Application

Led the redesign of the HCC application for the Decision Support Team of Health Care Partners (formerly Physician Associates), including developing a set of new diagnosis-analysis reports, allowing medical physicians to consider potentially-missed ICD9 diagnoses that would increase the HCC scores of their Medicare patients.

These efforts resulted in an increase in Medicare revenue stream by over $3 million beyond company projections, and a 15% increase in projected HCC scores for the following year alone.
